Heather’s Update
Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii. We are settling into our new home in Hawaii. The energy of this beautiful island is healing and restorative. I have started speaking publicly again and have found that folks here are very interested in past lives.

In other news, I continue to review articles for the “International Journal of Regression Therapy”. I encourage you to check it out and consider submitting an article. http://journalofregressiontherapy.com/

In addition, a radio interview I did in 2013 for Dr. Joseph Mancini has been added to his new book, “The Present Power of Past Lives: The Experts Speak”.

And, lastly, my third young readers book, “Inside the Crystal” should be released soon. I will send out an announcement closer to the release date.

Wishing you joy and peace on your journey,

  1. Aloha! So happy to hear you’re speaking again with excellent reception to your teachings of past life regression by the people in Hawaii. I’ve been enjoying the beautiful pics of the area you’ve been posting on social media. Love the vicarious thrills!
Congratulations that a radio interview done in 2013 for Dr. Joseph Mancini has been added to his new book, “The Present Power of Past Lives: The Experts Speak.” Way to go, Heather.

  2. Hi Heather,
Well I had a regression with someone and it was the worst experience I had. He used something called bridge that made see things like a dream state, he asked me questions and I answered. Well after I came out from my transe state I could remember everything I saw., also I had a huge headache and I was feeling heavy. I became very depressed and agressive after the regression therapy and easily upset, I felt like I wasnt myself. Also I felt like it changed my energy somehow. Could you explain what happened to me? Thank you.

    1. Vitoria,
I’m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Most people that go through a past life experience report feeling lighter and as if they had a good nap. You may want to reach out to a practicing hypnotherapist in your area and get their feedback. I would also invite you to take our survey so that your responses/experience can be added to our data. In our study 3% reported a negative experience as a direct result of PLR. I wish you the best on your journey.
